Will I really lose 20lbs?

Every woman doing my program is unique. You have different goals, different schedules, different hormones and different amounts of effort you will put in. Some women will take this program and give it their all, resulting in massive results. Other women may not be as dedicated, despite my accountability system. But across all the women who have taken my program the average women loses 20lbs in 12 weeks. That is the standard results.
